Institution with the Highest Accredited Programs in Region X
Misamis University was awarded by The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) as the institution with highest number of accredited programs in Region X. The award was given last December 4, 2014 during the 25th Annual General Assembly at Solaire Resort, Parañaque City, Metro Manila.
PACUCOA is an accrediting body which supervises and evaluates the standards of higher education institutions. PACUCOA accredited programs guarantee that instruction is directed to equip students with competence in their field, set in a conducive learning environment with state-of-the-art facilities and delivered by competent workforce.
The accomplishment of having the highest number of accredited programs in Region X proves that Misamis University is above the standards set by CHED and takes the lead in the delivery of quality education in this part of Mindanao.
